i got this because I’m getting the Rustler 4x4 vxl and wanted to upgrade to 3 cell anyway so it was a great deal. Charger is very easy to use and accommodates all the needs for safely charging and or storing your lipo batteries. It also works with NiMH you just need to pull off the little “Traxxas” logo cover left of the Lipo port. The only problem I experienced was when i tested the 3 cell in my old slash 4x4 vxl. For some reason it would not respond to any inputs of the remote. I had to hard reset it by opening the transmitter and re-linking the remote. But after that it was an obvious upgrade over the 2 cells. I wouldn’t run it long like that without upgrading a few things but damn it’s way faster.
