There was an inordenant delay in delivery, Obviously a slow boat from China. The item came unassembled without assembly directions. There was one wire piece that wouldn't fit anything. They said two batteries which I got. One does not charge. The other was billed as a 6 hour use time but only lasts about 30 minutes and requires an overnight charging time.I would truly like a refund for this shoddy piece of equipment.
